  • I walked in yesterday afternoon looking for a relaxing manicure and was treated so poorly that I will NEVER be back. This has happened before as well. I really tried to give the salon another chance, as everyone has bad days. The guy who did my nails wasn't friendly, scolded me for the maintenance of my nails and filed my nail down so far it caused me to wince, not only once but three separate times. He kept filing and buffing the irritated area. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. He didn't seem remorseful or concerned about my experience at all, even after he saw me become upset. He never warned me that the bonding liquid would burn the newly exposed skin either. After the last coat of polish, he said 'I'll be right back' and left for a good 10 minutes, only to return smelling like an ashtray. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Do not ever go here!
