| - I placed an order through their website, an hour later, no status update, so I called to make sure everything was alright. The staff seemed confused as to what happened with my order. Once I transcribed my submitted address, which is downtown, the man on the phone told me I needed to order $30-40 minimum to have them deliver into my neighborhood. Nowhere on their website does it mention about area limits or minimum purchases to be qualified. I spent an hour hungry and waiting only to find this out on my own. The man on the phone kept insisting on getting my number, i asked him why he needed it, he kept saying it was to call me back to apologize, which made no sense because he already said so about 3 times, and also mentioned to let me know about what happened, which made less sense because I know what happened! YOU JUST EXPLAINED IT! How does one need to call me back to re-iterate the same things that are currently being discussed? I kept telling him I was done with this conversation because I now need to figure out my situation as he's unwilling to provide me with the service I initially requested (In his words, he kept saying he "can't", but it's that he won't). After a while of back and forth, he just hung up, and for some reason I see their number dialed mine twice and was immediately hung up. Very poor service and poor strategy. Not wasting my time with them ever again.
*Edit: About an hour after my conversation, a driver buzzed at my door saying he's delivering. What in the what?? The previous man hung up the phone on me and I repeated to him multiple times that I was cancelling my order because I couldn't afford his minimum and all around didn't want to continue with them because of this poor experience. After giving me a speech about paying drivers and their time needed to deliver in my area, he wasted the time of one to continue on regardless. *
