| - Being fairly new to this neighborhood, I've been using Yelp a lot to find my new "go to" places. I needed to find a new BMW certified specialist and came across Babbitt because of their high Yelp ratings.
Well, now I know why... my SUV has had a strange and very intermittent problem. I took it into them to have them take a look, knowing I'd have to leave it with them. They took it out a couple times and of course it didn't have a problem, they also ran diagnostics on it and checked my alternator, fuses, battery etc. They even gave me an update call after it had been there for a few hours, and then called me when it was ready.
How many times do you take something in and it never repeats the issue when it's there, so you just walk away only knowing your car is fine and it'll cost $$$. This is what we fully expect, as frustrating as it is, but they need to make money, so I do understand.
When Danny called me to let me know they were finished with my car, and they couldn't find anything wrong, what I didn't expect is that they were not going to charge me. Wow, in this day and age how often does that happen. Let me just say... while they may not have gotten any money from me this time, I can tell you, they've just made a customer for life. Great customer service, and I really do trust that they'll take care of you...I will be back!
