Little ramen store tucked along Dundas street. It has limited choices on the menu to start with, and was a little disappointed to found out that some items on the menu were no longer available. Perhaps it's their plan to specialize on popular items on the menu. Don't like it when they have put stickers on top of items they no longer make, instead of having a new menu.
My friend and I both ordered Tonkotsu ramen during lunch time, the food came fairly quickly. The pork bone broth (vegetarian alert!) was rich with flavour and the ramen has a nice texture to it. LOVE the shoyu marinated soft boiled egg, though there was only half an egg in each ramen bowl. There were only a few thin slices of pork belly as well. Inhaled within minutes, still left me feeling.. unfulfilled. I guess you get what you pay for $9.95
It's the place to go to if you want something fast and quick to eat in the cold winter downtown Toronto. It's pretty decent, and I have had a lot worse ramen in the past. Not easy being a ramen chef nowadays ne!
