  • Prom was last night. We rented a tux and they forgot to put the necessary pocket square to complete the look for my sons tux. Mr. Formal was closed when the kids were getting ready for prom so we couldn't go back and pick it up. We purchased a bow tie/pocket square set from JC Penny's and it cost us $40. When we returned the tux to Mr. Formal, Brian offered to reimburse us $3.00 for the new pocket square and inconvenience. We were unhappy with that and Brian told us that it was our fault for not checking the bag and offered no apology for their mistake. My son called them to ask who the manager was. Brian said that not only is he the manager but he's also the owner. Brian had a condescending demeanor, never offered an apology for the mistake and was more than rude. We will never use this company again.
