  • If I could give a 0, I would. Along with the other reviews this place is BEYOND bad. We took advantage of the $99 Val pack special, thought it would be nice to go up to the mountain for a night. When we booked we were told there would be music and a BBQ starting at noon. We arrived to no music or BBQ, upon asking they cancelled 2 weeks prior. I'm glad they had my email so they could contact me. Went to the restaurant for lunch and waited 45 minutes, between the host and servers they must have to really look hard for people this bad. Ordered a sandwich with fries only to be told they are out of fries. Fries are frozen, is it that hard to order? Solid C- on lunch, that's just on the food, the decor is crumbling around you as there is no upkeep anywhere. We were told 3 times to make a reservation for dinner and after the 45 min thing we did just that. When we sat for dinner, with the other 6 people in the house, we were told that they were out of many items and tell her what we want and she would tell us if they had it. All you can say to that is nice, just nice. My wife made the mistake and asked why they were out of so many items? The reply came with a sneer and stated they were busy. We barely saw our server after that and we were 1 of 2 tables she had. The service was beyond bad. We later asked the front desk man when the breakfast was to be served and if there was coffee in the am and he said he didn't know but we could ask the servers. Just Awesome! We went to get coffee at 6:45am, no coffee anywhere and we were told the restaurant might open by 7:30 because they had to clean it. ??? Didn't they clean it before they left after serving 25 for dinner the night before? The TV had 15 channels with D coverage and 2 local channels on a 25" screen. I can't even tell you how bad the room was. I have been a restaurant manager, have had 2 kids in the business, my wife and I used to run an Inn. This to say I know a bit about hospitality and this owner/management team are draining every penny out of this place. It is quite disappointing, don't ever think of coming here, don't eat here, don't even stop....keep on driving. If I could give a 0 or negative number, I would.
