  • 5 STARS!!!!! From Quebec city, Canada, we are on a four month road trip, since 1 june, thru the USA with our RV. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Duramax. Late June, I called Fairway GMC in Las Vegas to set up an appointment for an oil change and the receptionist was very courteous. We showed up on time and a gentleman by thew name of Bob greeted us. We were told there was a two hour backlog and that was fine with us. We proceeded to the waiting area. About 1.5 hour after, our vehicle was ready. This was a no cost service as it was included in the "4 oil change within 2 years" program when I bought the truck. I have been highly impressed by the professional and courteous service provided by the Fairway team. I felt treated like I was a valued Fairway customer. Thank you!!
