  • We bought a service contract from them and it is totally a danger to others a sham and a fraud. They illegally made modifications to our very old system to in vain save my family money on energy costs. I warned Justin about my medical condition and he did say he was familiar with that type of situation. Because of the leadership of this company there is an all around "addictive personality" that is overly concerned with appealing to the emotions of "poor" customers. It is more likely that these customers are abusive and mentally ill and you should not be catering to careless and mentally ill people's needs. Because Mike committed to people like this years ago to save abusive parents money then he felt guilt and anxiety about this and I believe then he became a habitual alcoholic. I am sorry but this type of problem nearly killed me because the system mods made it dangerous for me. this is my original review below: This place is run by a recovering alcoholic Mike Fowler. I wouldn't have mentioned that fact but since his company is responsible for nearly killing me I cannot hold my tongue. They make illegal and dangerous mods to systems and this endangers the lives of the inhabitants if they are sick elderly or disabled and also children are made sick this way. There is more to life than saving money on Air Conditioning bills. I'm sorry I think your alcoholism has something to do with this blunder or error in judgement but it's a serious problem.
