The store had what I was looking for, but don't bother asking the employees. When a sales girl asked how I was doing, I asked her if they carried the buttercream lip gloss from bare minerals. The sales girl informed me that bare minerals had discontinued that altogether and walked away. I went back to check and they DID have it! right freaking in the front, they had the entire line of buttercream lip glosses! WTF? I had a baby strapped to my chest so maybe she didn't want to bother with me. At check out I informed the girl at the register that they did in fact carry the gloss I was purchasing despite one of the sales girls telling me not only that they didn't carry it but that it was discontinued. The girl at the counter looked at me and said "....ok..". To add to the experience, I accidentally purchased the wrong face cream, so, the next day I went to return it. A different girl at the register asked me for my rewards card. When I said I didn't have one she told me I couldn't return the item. I've never heard of any company doing that. I told her that I thought that was a little ridiculous and she said "do you know anyone that DOES have a reward card? You could just use theirs". Luckily my sister happened to have a membership with them so I used her number. After returning the item I starting walking out before I heard the girl say to the next customer in line "I'm so sorry about that" WTF? I wasn't rude, unreasonable, or mean. Was I suppose to apologize to her for making her do a return?? I don't understand these workers, frankly, they suck. I won' be going back to this location.
