| - We brought three set sofa pieces back 2010 from AZ leather, we had a little issue with one sofa and they sent repair lady to hour house to fix it right the way, since then there was no issue with our sofa sets. When we need two piece sofa set for our home at Flagstaff, we went back to them again due to our pervious good experience, however we found out you have to pay for delivery fee even you want to pick it up yourself, since we need to haul the sofa sets to Flagstaff ourself, we rather to pick up directly from their warehouse, while that is not an option!
Once we got our sofa, we saw the leather had a visible scar in the middle of one cushion, we concern that scar area will split after a while, my wife took it back to the store and request to replacement, the sales lady suggest to replace it, but another lady (maybe a manager) ask my wife to contact customer service and go from there...We will see what happen there...my wife also notice all the back of cushion no longer using zipper instead of cheaper option now days.
