  • I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job. The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will! We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed. Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction. It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about. I'd bring them back again.
