  • this company has scammed overcharged. not pulled permits for a water heater installs the phone guy eric hangs up on you is rude should not be anywhere near customer service. the tech who installed my water heater is silver tounged makes u think your getting a great deal for top of the line but come to find out, product is not top of the line and was charged more than 1000.00 over any other company in town. then the company makes u think your stupid until you get some. even when i asked to speak with the owner or General manager i get the run around no one ever calls you back only when you have something on the company that could get them in trouble will they apease you then you got to sign a letter saying you wont persue it in court this company I wouldnt wish on my enemie consumers beware
