  • Stopped in for an alignment. I was told the rear control arms need to be replaced also, as they couldn't be adjusted due to rusty parts. Quoted over $600 for everything. They also had the wrong model vehicle entered into the alignment computer. I left and one hour later went to Honda of Mentor. Had the alignment done in normal time for $69. No problems or mentions of any issues that they had. Avoid this place at all costs. No excuse for false information and rediculously inflated prices. Completely unacceptable.
