  • Me and my wife were excited to take the next step and investing in solar. So we reached out after being contacted by them company and arranged one of their sales representatives to come by the house and give us the pitch. We asked him for a couple of days to discuss and make out decision then decided to sign up. We were given a contact if we had any questions moving forward. When we needed clarity we reached out via email and after a week we were told that we weren't being avoided however none of our questions answered. After reaching out and advising we wanted to cancel a few days later to get pawned off to someone else who would be "handling our account from here." I sent an email advising we were ready to back out and cancel the process get a call instead to answer any questions we have and a cell phone number to call when we were ready. We set up a time to call when me and the wife were together (6:00pm) and get no answer. Certain things have to be done before the end of the year or a lot of benefits will be lost and a lot of this feels like stalling.
