  • Well how to start, first of all these are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Ok they are nice from the outside and pretty nice from the inside but that's about it! 1) In the first 2 months of living here my car got stolen and it's supposed to a safe gated community. 2) the maintenance is horrible, the boiler from the floor above broke and flooded the room, the water managed to get to our storage room (where boilers are located) and maintenance failed to tell us. Long story short our storage developed mildew....we put a work order in to remove the mildew. They came and "cleaned" it up and a few days later it's started developing again. We called to put a work order and they did not answer until we went to the office and made them do a work order in person. 3) it's always noisy and cars always going fast through the speed bump. 4) there is always dog poop EVERYWHERE! Overall I am very disappointed with these apartments and for the price of rent they are definitely not worth it. Cant wait for my lease to be over soon to move out!!
