  • This company comes off as shifty and acts not so different from IRS, grants, or any other scammer. The biggest clue being needing to overnight money orders to some Commiefornia address while demanding someone allegedly in Phoenix be emailed pictures of the money order and receipt with tracking number. It's like they are trying to avoid something about doing business in AZ while doing business in AZ. All the while they demand unreasonable and unrealistic time lines showing just how much they will not work with you. I'm glad I listened to these reviews and saw the massive bright red flags about this outfit. I shudder to think of the nightmare it would have been to have this shifty company holding me by the short hairs with their antics. With us coming into summer here, I don't think these Commiefornians know the AZ residential landlord and tenant act. Send all requests for AC repairs by certified mail and keep copies. They have 48 hours to repair your AC. Look it up online, AC is considered an essential service in our state where we live just like water and hot water. Don't rent from these people and know your rights if you did make that mistake.
