  • The massage was five stars ... but the high pressure sales pitch to join their membership club lowered my opinion to three stars. I purchased a Groupon for three massages. After each massage, I had to listen to the same high pressure pitch from the receptionist(s) at the checkout. I stated that I would need to talk it over with my spouse and that didn't seem to make a difference. Pushy, pushy, pushy! After a relaxing massage, I do not want to be pushed and hassled. I will not go back for that reason. I do not pay to be made to feel uncomfortable.
