  • Dr. Liu is wonderful, the staff is not. We were previously told by the PA to come back and see the Dr. about knee surgery so they made an appt. and so we come in and see the same PA again. WTF? She laughs and says "sorry! sometimes that happens!" Really? Then we're told the Dr. is so good and so busy that an appt. for surgery can't be scheduled until October? Why is it then that when he did the hip surgery, it was scheduled in two or three weeks, less than a year ago? Then, even though we're told that the knee bone(s) is caved in (partially due to necrosis, resulting in barely being able to stand, even briefly), we are told that they don't give out pain medication and that pain medication is addictive and we had to sign a form acknowledging that fact (even though they weren't prescribing anything). So we were waiting in there forever for absolutely nothing and didn't get to see the dr. Complete waste of time. Now we have to get a new referral and make new appts. with another surgeon because this isn't something that can wait until the end of the year.
