  • NOT GOOD! I've been to this carwash probably 5 times now. Each and every time I go it gets worse. I feel like the staff is getting lazier and lazier as the months pass. I took my brand new 2015 Mazda6 in today to have it detailed. Upon driving up the guy that greeted me was VERY FRIENDLY and courteous. He mentioned that they were doing a special, car wash and wax for the outside, and vacuum and wipe down the inside. I said "Ok because I need my entire inside wiped down." He said he had it covered. I waited about 50 minutes and when my car was ready I sat down in the driver's seat to leave, and noticed that it didn't look very clean. There were still fingerprints, dust, dog hair, etc. all over my dash and back seats. Anyways, to keep this review from being too long.. I got out, asked for it to be redone, and the reason this review gets 3 stars is because the gentleman wiped down and vacuumed the car all over again... When I got home I noticed (in the sunlight) that there are still crumbs and hair on my seats.... At this point, I'm just convinced that their cloths and vacuums dont work properly because after it being "redone" it still wasn't completely clean. If you want just a half-assed, lazy "wipe down" for your car, this is the place to go. If you ACTUALLY want them to CLEAN your car... Go elsewhere. Seriously.
