  • Just got home from this dealer and was there to purchase a VW Passat. There was a couple looking at the vehicle when we arrived and after they were done looking at it the sales man Mitchelle told us "they weren't interested and not going to purchase the vehicle". My wife had stated that she didn't want to intrude if they were negotiating to buy. Mitchelle informed us that it was complicated but assured us that "they weren't going to buy the vehicle". After we went on a test drive and sat down to purchase the unit Mitchelle took our offer and stated "he'd be right back". After waiting 45 min. the service manager came in and informed us the car was sold. This was to the couple that "wasn't interested" and then had the nerve to tell us that he would still really like to sell us a car. I think that enough has been said and would like to let everyone know how poorly they treat their customers.
