Via my mother, who visited Sephora Southpark this morning:
"Went to Sephora ready to spend on two specific products. There were two sales associates free. Neither one asked me if I needed help when I wandered over to them and stood patiently waiting one of them to help me. They looked my way and then quickly went to help much younger customers entering the store. So I left."
This treatment of someone who's outside of your "youth is everything" demographic is *really* disappointing. As a loyal Sephora customer, this is giving me cause to rethink if this is where I want to be spending my $$$ on beauty items.
