  • Happy with my purchase, but this is the worst customer service I've received from a dealership in my life. They were overly aggressive on the front end - refused to email specific things in writing and kept calling after I asked that they only email me. Ryan on the sales floor was great to work with on my purchase day. Adam, the financing manager or Carol, not so much. I said I did not want a warranty and he kept pressuring and telling me "you're crazy if you don't get this. I don't know why anyone wouldn't need this in Arizona." To appease him and leave, I left with the warranty after needing it discounted tremendously. Called a few days later to void the extra warranty and he was annoyed in tone on the phone. Would not tell me an exact refund i would be getting back and both of them stopped responding to emails or calls from me requesting something in writing that the warranty was void. Also, as a financing team member, he could not tell me a refund amount...which is surprising, based off the whole "financing" portion of the job title. As an educated person, those things seem synonymous to me. Kept giving a range "oh you'll get $800-900 back in 8-12 weeks. But no firm amount. Had to resort to emailing the sales inquiry generic page on their website because after the sale, these people stop replying to you as a customer....especially when you want to lower your financing because of life changes. Finally called me back after using his name through the website. Told me my refund amount was even lower. Would not take 30 seconds to send me something In writing that the warranty was void and provide me a firm amount. Asked for a manager and told me his manager couldn't help...which, by definition, negates the title of manager if they can't help a customer. Then got unprofessional in tone and hung up on me. Definitely don't go here unless you have to out of necessity. The guys at Mark Chapman were way nicer and more accommodating. I wish they could have got the vehicle for me. Again, Ryan was cool. The rest of the service was poor. Who works for a major dealership and can't figure out how to send an email saying "Thank you so much for your business! It's unfortunate that you do not wish to proceed with your warranty, however, as a valued customer, I'm happy to send this email to confirm it is void and your refund in the amount of $xxx.00 will appear in xxx weeks. Feel free to call me or your financing bank for any follow up you may have!" Instead, they take your money, get angry when you make a change and hang up the phone like some third party garbage dealership. Because this guy hung up on me and kept spouting off random numbers with nothing to show me in writing, I feel he is trying to scam me because they didn't get what they wanted.
