Upon ordering our food, another patron was horrified at paying for a regular fat burger and getting a burger the same size as the baby fat she also ordered. The cashier agreed they were the same size and the cook disagreed. It turned into a yelling match between patron and cook. Wow what a horrific sight to see. The cook walked out to get security and the patron yelled for a manager (who never came). The cashier tried to help the patron and ended up just refunding the money. The poor guy seemed so flustered and the cook was so angry and dismissing at the same time. Needless to say, we were in the middle of our order when this fiasco took place , so the cashier was distracted trying to accommodate the upset patron. After refunding her money, he came back to us. Finally after we get our order in...it was a pretty big one (to go). We waited until our food was ready and left to go home. I got home, took 2 bites of my large fat burger with grilled onions and the meat inside was pink. Undercooked to the edge of the patty. I almost threw up. I barely ate my burger. 2 bites. What a waste. I called the store several times. ..no answer. So I came here, online, to the feedback section. And now since I wasted my money and have no burger to watch while I Netflix...I guess I have to settle for top ramen tonight. :(
I used to really enjoy Fatburger, but lately it doesn't taste the way I remember. Totally bland and badly prepared/cooked.
