  • Another great experience with Alamo. We hopped right on a shuttle, at the airport, for the short drive over to the car rental building. Once there, we walked right out to pick out our car and we were off. I don't know why more people don't check in early....you can skip the lines!! The car was clean and new. Perfect for our trip! Great prices, too. We always use Alamo. Oh, I do have one minor complaint...the phone reps are wrong 50% of the time and are very hard to understand. Luckily it was resolved through Facebook. The rep on Facebook has me email them directly and fixed our small issue. It had to do with spouses as the automatic 2nd driver. On the phone they insisted it would be $10/day even though the website said in certain states there was no fee. The phone rep said the website was wrong...nope, they were wrong. And I talked to 2 different people. Lol!! Oh well, easily fixed.
