  • I would give them a NEGATIVE star rating if that was possible. On a Friday,I tried booking an appointment online for that weekend. I didn't expect to get an appointment for the weekend but I figured it was worth a try. They called on Saturday afternoon to book my appointment, said they had been out of town. Okay, not a huge problem. They were able to get me in on Tuesday. They warned me they might be a bit behind schedule that day, still not a problem. They called when they were on there way because they were behind schedule. I get it. Things happen. Once they were here, they did an okay job. Not overly thrilled with the work but it's very hard to find a groomer I like. Really overpriced. $155.00 for a nail trim and 2 very small dog grooms. I figured I was paying for the convenience. I asked for an itemized receipt via email to find out the actual breakdown in charges. Shortly after they had left, I realized that we never received back 2 of our expensive custom dog collars and tags. I called them and had to leave a message. Never received a return call. I called a second time about 12 hours later and did not receive a return call until 2 days later. They left a message stating they "might" have our collars and they would get back to me. I heard nothing for another 2 days. I called again and left a third message finally telling them if I did not have them back in the next 2 days, I would be sending them the bill for new collars and tags. I received a return call back about 10 minutes later and they told me they had broken the cellphone used for calling clients and their email program was not working and that is why I did not receive my receipt. I told them I could careless about the receipt at this point, I needed my collars back. They said "oh, that's right", like they had totally forgotten about them. I said I would never use their service again because of this and they said "okay". I was told that I would get them back as soon as the van got back. I finally got my collar and tags back around 7 pm. However, they REEKED of cigarette smoke. I've washed them numerous times already and the smell has not gone away. It looks like I will need to buy new collars after all.
