  • Just had another really unpleasant experience trying to ship something here. We received a pair of shoes via FedEx, and they were the wrong size. We put them back in the same box with the same filler in order to return them. The top of the brand new box flexed about 1/8th inch. They rejected it. When I asked what the standard for flex was, they said: "It's just a judgement call on our part." Never before has there been a business I have to deal with that gives me so much heartburn.
