Arrived 11:55am for 12pm reservation. I had to wait 20 minutes before I got service as there was a line of people waiting. Very understaffed. I had difficulty trying to move the car out because there was another car parked perpendicular in front of me. Then as I was leaving the rear right tire told me it was low on air (26 psi) so I had the added inconvenience of having to stop at a gas station and put air in the tire as I was trying to leave town for a business trip. Now the rear left tire is telling me it needs air as it's 27 psi. This experience has been a bit frustrating and if it wasn't for my membership points, I would use another rental car service (I have used Turo in the past and was considering Silvercar as well).
