  • I emailed these guys late one night and because I didn't want a million sales calls I left off my number. Jason emailed me back first thing in the morning and dealt with multiple emails from me with a million questions. He answered every single one, quickly no less. So I confirm I want the tires but couldn't make it in until two days later. He said he put my name on them. I show up two days later and he really did put my name on them. They were still there. No up sell pressure, no pressure at all. Then the guys are pulling off my wheels and one calls me over to show me some things that need to be fixed, mind you, they only do tires, my safety was his concern. THEN he pulls off my spare and swaps that crap spare with the one good tire on this truck because it was dry rotted. Seriously who does that? These guys! I will be back for my next set even with my tire ocd. Oh in case you are wondering yes all four tires they installed MATCH! Brand and tread! I can't say enough good things. Saved probably close to $1000 AND got stellar service. Thank you Jason and crew! I love Toyo the shop dog too!
