  • I really like the customer service here, I'm disappointed by some of the lower rated reviews. Dr B is the vet I'm used to, his bedside manner is awesome, he's never rushed me out the door and answers all my questions. The only downsides (for me) is 1) small front parking lot , 2) small waiting rooms, 3) narrow hallway and 4) small exam rooms. Of course then again it could be that I should lose some weight. There is a larger parking lot in the back, but I have never used it. The only way to get to the parking lot off Bethany Home is to be heading west bound. I highly recommend this animal hospital for your fur babies.
