  • Look no further if you are in need of a realtor. Dave is the best there is - very professional, a really good listener, dedicated, and truly interested in you acquiring the domicile of your dreams. When we were looking for our home, Dave took us to a few homes and condos to get a feel for what we really wanted. It was great to discuss the pros and cons of each: HOA vs no HOA, flat vs tiled vs shingled roofs, which direction each faced, nearby traffic patterns, etc. It was an eye opening experience and helped us develop a better idea of what kind of home we wanted to search for moving forward. So glad we had Dave to help us through the steps and the paperwork involved in purchasing a home. He made the entire process feel like a breeze and took away a lot of the stress by explaining things along the way. We have referred several of our friends and family members to Dave and he helped them just as he helped us.
