  • HORRIBLE! UGLY, MEAN, DECEITFUL PEOPLE!!! I can't even.... I get so effing mad when I think about our moving day!! They BROKE FOUR, 4; not 1 or 2 or 3, 4 pieces of furniture. FURNITURE. (also plenty of glass broken... because they insisted on using a dolly down two flights of stairs, stacking other boxes on top of one clearly marked fragile!) They took it to try and "fix" it, and then when we complained they claimed that WE BROKE IT (why would they fix what I broke?!?)! The owner, Mary, is RUDE. A mean, tactless person who really should rot in a jail cell for all the money she has STOLEN!! I'm an idiot for not looking at reviews first!! oh by the way, check out their reviews on google... it's an obvious plant. It's sad when you need to plant your own reviews. UGH, so very angry! Errors were not only made on the managerial end, my movers were rude as well and complained that my building didn't have an elevator (which they knew before hand, they also knew what they had to move and how far they had to move it... and they still complained). They went WAY over quoted time, they didn't have the appropriate equipment to move everything and in the end my husband basic moved everything for them. HORRIBLE.
