| - I had a really rotten experience with the apple exchange. It was 3 minutes prior to opening, 9:57AM to be exact, and from my car I could see many people inside. I assumed they had opened early or something, also plain clothes folks were walking in. I hauled in my macbook pro retina for repair, and a gentleman barked at me they are not open for 3 more minutes. As I was walking out a girl was walking in, plain clothes and apparently she worked there but I'd had no idea. It was very rude the way I was treated as a customer coming in 3 minutes early, apparently they do classes before opening but there is absolutely no sign or indication there is a class in progress or anything. I was happy to leave them WITHOUT my business, I'm not going to be barked at like an intruder for going into a populated store 3 minutes early. Apple exchange has a fatal flaw in that they believe you're doing the service for them, but actually they're doing the service for the customer and they're going to need to be cordial to take my hard earned dollars. Additionally, their used mac's, every single model can be found cheaper on craigslist or amazon, if you're worried about return policies, check out how comprehensive Amazon's A-Z policy is. I will never be going back to apple exchange and if you expect decent customer service, I advise you to avoid as well.
