  • Took my 2016 Durango in for service on June 1st for an air conditioning issue and was told that there was nothing wrong and it was a normal function of the vehicle. On the paperwork it showed the tech confirmed the refrigerant level was normal and couldn't replicate the issue. However, just picked up my car today from the Peoria location, where it was confirmed that I was correct and it was not a normal function and the refrigerant was actually very low. Really frustrating when you have to take your car in twice for the same issue because you're just given the run around. **updated based on comment 6/29* spoke with Seth and confirmed was correct location. Seth made attempt to correct issue and has offered to make things right. Will give this location another shot. I do appreciate someone reaching out as I tried to express to the service advisor I knew something was wrong. Thank you Seth for your concern and look forward to a good experience on my next visit. Gave 3 stars as result of willingness to make it right and quick response.
