  • Was a customer with these folks for over 4 years, they recently repaved the driveways yet failed to mask any units off, I opened my unit to find all of my stuff covered in asphalt dust, grit and gravel. I had to throw away several pieces of furniture. I asked them to refund my rent for the month because of the damage. They plainly said no... I've been a customer for over four years, I don't think a one month refund was crazy to ask for especially since some of my stuff was destroyed. Poor customer service, regular and all to frequent rate increases and I think there is a homeless guy living in one of the units. It's an all around raw deal , DO NOT RECOMMEND!
