  • Don't waste your money. They put down a carpet and in just 2 weeks it had rolls in it. I called 3 times to ask them to come over and stretch it-they said they would and never showed up. I only live a few blocks away, but the obviously don't keep their word.I have to watch not to trip on it as it has gotten worse in time. I have put down prior carpets myself and they have lasted for years with no problems. I have had 2 strokes and can't do it anymore. If you don't want or cannot clean up their mess-go anywhere else. Quality is not in this companies vocabulary.
