  • Our 8 month old pup tore his ACL (CCL in doggy terms) and even though we submitted all his medical records that clearly show he was fine in the span of 5 physical exams, they still refused to cover any expenses. Instead, they called it a pre-existing chronic condition and told us it is excluded permanently. Stay away from here unless you want to waste your money, or have a cat.
