| - This has to be one of the worst "animal hospitals" I have ever been to. Idk why this place has so many good reviews because I would give no stars if I could.
Called to ask how much heartgaurd is bc I needed to buy more for my puppy. We just moved so he doesn't have a vet yet. Walked in and the fat woman with the black hair doesn't smile or greet you. Mind you she comes into work looking very unprofessional, no personal hygiene, no grooming. When spoken to she acts as if you're inconviencing her, very unpleasant demeanor and attitude. Given her attitude I don't think she even likes animals. I tell her I called and I'm here to pick up my puppy's meds. She has me fill out a bunch of papers and tells me she needs proof that his test were ok and so I gave her the info from the previous vet. She called and got the info. Meanwhile she tells me NOTHING so I'm standing there waiting for her for 45 minutes!!!!!!! (Makes you wonder why she's overweight). I get annoyed and ask her how much longer is this going to take bc I have my puppy waiting in the car. She says VERY SHORT AND RUDE "THIS ISN'T LIKE A 1800 PET MEDS OR A PHARMACY THAT WE JUST HAD OUT MEDS" HE NEEDS TO STILL BE SEEN BY THE DOCTOR. This wise a$$ proceeds by saying in a very sassy tone "why didn't you just get it from your last vet"? She's lucky I didn't I speak to the owner about this. If she's smart why is she just a receptionist at a vet? And don't you think if I knew this I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here?! Oh that's right, this genius DOESN'T think! In fact she doesn't say anything at all and sits on her fat a$$ the whole time I'm waiting talking to her coworkers about none work related things, looking on her phone and eating. I mean how unprofessional can you get!!! The doctor comes out and is about to approach me while she rudely points him in the other direction and says "not not her". No explanation nothing. Guess this genius thinks I'm a mind reader. So I continue to wait and this other woman smiles and approaches me and asks if I have been helped yet I point to the woman sitting on her a$$ starring into space and say yes, she is supposed to be helping me. I'm just here to pick up his heartgaurd. She asks her about it and the lady b just says she has to wait for the doctor. This was seriously the worst vet I've been to and being that I've had 3 dogs and lived in 5 states I've had my fair share of vets so I know a thing or two. None of the other vets I've been to have I I disrespected and talked down to, not did I experience this level of unprofessionalism! The reason I didn't go to the vet I went to before was bc I was still shopping around for a new vet, one that I felt truly cared about my puppies well being and health, friendly, professional etc. Now if this genius thought about that or even cared about her job she would've approached this situation differently. It doesn't take a MBA grad to know the way you act is not only bad for business but you will lose potential future business/customers. Idk why this individual is even employed here. She should be a person that doesn't have to deal with any living beings human or animal and I sure hope she reads this.
If you care about your pet and your hard earned money DO NOT waste your time coming here!!!! I wouldn't even come here if this was the only vet in all of NV, that's how bad this place is!!!
