Order the Kobe Sampler. You get the Kobe, American Kobe, and dry aged beef. Japanese Kobe is the best though - so go for that if you just want to stick to the best. It's like buttery melt in your mouth great steak.
As for service, when I dropped my fork, a waiter caught it before it hit the ground in one hand, and handed me a new shiny one in the other. They were ninja with the water too: my glass would be nearing empty, and when I turned to talk to someone, ninja waiter came and filled the cup before my head came back around.
