  • * * * * * SHADY SHADY SHADY * * * * * Pulled in because they say they offer dmv services and can get you your tags on location. I thought why not 2 birds right?? Turns out they take your info and have a runner go to the dmv for you. You have to come back 3-4 hours later to pick it up from them. Might as well go to dmv yourself the kiosks have you in and out in no time. They also claim they take competors coupons. When I presented one, the technician said they didnt take that one, only smog plus ones from other locations. He told me it was 20.00 cash only. He then hands me the reciept and it says TOTAL Fee : 14.00 of course I didn't notice this until after I left. I failed the test and he kept pushing and pushing that I go to their repair shop. Gave me a 10% off coupon for their affiliated repair shop. I just did over 2k in repairs specifically to pass smog. Seemed very suspicious. I called my mechanic and he told me that he is 100% sure it will pass, to try another place and suggested to go to a place near the DMV as they are more reliable. Low and behold I passed, less then 30 mins later I passed at another location. Super shady, fake fail to try to get you to get repairs at their facility. NOT RECCOMENDED
