Oh Starfish, how do I miss thee.
I no longer live in Toronto but will always be a fan and love to spread the word.
The selection of oysters are the best I've seen anywhere and I love the freshly grated horseradish and the in-house made hot sauce. My love of oysters started here and has left me on the quest of finding anything as close to this in Durham, North Carolina.
I also had the opportunity to try Sea Urchin for the first time here, the process is delicate and the result melt in your mouth. Patrick takes great care in the presentation with beautiful results.
