  • I was more than impressed by the customer service and work performed. We discovered an issue with our HVAC system at 7:00 PM and after several telephone calls to various companies, Sterling Services was able to expedite our request. The technician, Dave, arrived within approximately 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. We were only charged for the $59 diagnostic fee which was an absolute bargain compared to other companies' emergency call-out prices. We will definitely call Sterling Services for any issues or services needed in the future. This company does things the right way--honest, efficient, and friendly.
