  • I miss the days when Double Tree was a higher end hotel. Attention to details with house keeping and up to date furniture and fixtures is LONG gone. The mattress and the warm chocolate chip cookie used to be the differentiator from Double Tree's competition along with excellent customer service and house keeping. I'm not sure what happened but for the past decade it's been like this. I no longer get excited about the thought of staying at a Double Tree Hotel.
