  • Brought our dogs in for initial visit (we just moved to Phx) and the vet tech (Rachael) and Dr. Baldwin were very nice and gentle with our girls. The office was nice with multiple exam rooms and the location was good for us (South Mountain area) and easy to find. I was glad we picked this vet! A week or so later one of our dogs became very ill with GI distress. I called right at 8:00 am on a Monday and they answered! (That would never happen for a people-doctor's office.) They told me to bring her right in. They took wonderful care of our dog, I could tell she was very comfortable with them, even though they had to do a lot of poking at her. We took our dog home later in the day and the vet tech (Tara is awesome!!) answered my panicked questions when our dog looked like she might be getting sick again and I called shortly before closing. Then Dr. Baldwin and Tara called me at the end of their day to check in on our dog to make sure all was well and then called again the next day. Their attentiveness is amazing - haven't had this level of service from a people-doctor in 30 years and never from a vet! Highly recommend!
