We went here for breakfast and I got a little piece of everything, just so I could try it all. As with most of the hotel/casino buffets, all of it was edible, but very little of it was mesmerizing. It's a typical buffet. The variety is good and the atmosphere is quite nice, Howe the flow of the restaurant is a bit crowded.
Likes: my favorite and a must try was the smoked trout, sausage links, and bear claws. I didn't try the omelette, but they looked great.
Dislikes: the crepe station was such a let down. We got the berry crepe with cream. There was so much cream put on it that you couldn't taste anything else. The cream was also full fat cream and actually made me gag. The crepe shell itself has a traditional crepe flavor, the berries and cream were just a bit off putting. The eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce was made out of mayonnaise and therefore was disappointing in flavor. The food was also behind low glass dividers which made you have to bed down and reach under to get the food in the back.
Overall I would go to a good diner and get custom made food. The variety did not make up for the lack of flavor.
