  • I always see Shana the nurse practitioner for my refills and other health concerns. Due to the sensitive issues I experience medically, I will usually have my mom, dad, or boyfriend with me. She always has a conversation with me to make sure there are no underlying issues, and is always friendly to the person that comes back with me. Last time I was there Dr. Barry came into the room to greet my father and me and made sure we were taken care of. The only issue I run into occasionally is lack of friendly customer relations over the phone and in the lobby. I've worked reception, and I understand those stresses, so this is not a deal breaker for me. I will continue to see Shana. Side note: The facility always seems clean. :o)
