We stopped in to Julian Serrano for Lunch while we were staying at Aria, although it wasn't our first time here we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our lunch! We tried the mushroom soup, which was phenomenal, nutty and earthy and so good. I had the lobster salad which had a lovely presentation but the dressing on the sale portion was almost too sour for my palate. We enjoyed the red sangria and the pina smash which was so refreshing I had to order a 2nd one, oh darn LOL! We tried a small assortment of tapas, the squid, iberico ribs and the sausage and cauliflower, all which was fantastic. Great ambiance and the service was spot on.
