  • First thing I will say is that the water here is great. But, the billing and customer service does not do well. From the time we started the service we asked for auto pay. Three months later they stopped delivering the water. I called and they informed me that we owed over $100. They said they were not told to do autopay, I told the guy who dropped off everything intially, but apparently he forgot to mark it on the sheet. So, we paid the 100 plus dollars and I gave them he card to do autopay. Then, a couple months later my card had been stolen and I forgot to change it. When the card declined for two months they did not send me a bill or try to contact me, they just stopped delivering and made me call them to figure out what was going on. This was partially my fault so again I paid the back and kept the service going and told them to make sure they put me on autopay. Here we are three months later and yet again they stopped delivering and when I called the guy again tells me they were not told to put it on autopay. Obviously frustrated at this point I told him to come pick it up and send me a bill so I can pay what in owe and close the account. He told me they could not come out for almost a month (because that is when they would be in the area). So, that morning I put the bottles and cooler out front for them to pick up. But, while I was not home an extremely rude rep of theirs knocked on the door and when my wife answered said , "so you're just cancelling?" She told him yes. He then said "well I am going to need payment." My wife told him that I had requested the company to send a bill and we would pay it. He did not present her with an invoice or any kind of bill and said, "well I hope he does, I would hate to send you to collections." To that she said I would pay and closed he door. The company is nice and helpful when you are willing to take their sloppiness. But, as soon as you stop dealing with it and complain there are no apologies and they do not seem concerned about people leaving. When I told the rep I was fed up and would probably just cancel his response was "okay we will pick up on the 28th." No attempt to fix the situation or even a sorry for the issue. I will never do business with this company again and I warn anyone who is thinking about it to try another company. Don't waste your time with these folks.
