First, I want to thank the casino for my winnings. Second, I have never in my life felt so upset because of an employees complete disregard for service. While it obvious they have new team members on board because of season, the managers need to set expectations and ensure invited guests are given respect. The casino cage was so out of in their comments made toward me. Just because I'm Hispanic and dress casual doesn't give anyone the right to discriminate. When bought to a manager the issue was basically brushed off. Horrible treatment!!
