I'm always looking for healthy foods in my neighborhood. We've ordered from Chou's multiple times. The eggplant/jalapeno dish has been good in the past, but often it is too oily and "mushy"/overcooked. Please keep in mind, I'm not a stickler for authentic Chinese food, just looking for places that serve delicious vegetarian/plant based foods when I don't have time to cook.
I may try one more time to see if there has been improvement with over cooking the food and adding too much oil.
