Today there are two ways to buy goods -- online or at a store. While I buy most things online, I still buy clothing at a store. The reason is that I like to try things on before I buy and the hassle of doing that online isn't worth it. Stores are struggling with declining sales. You would think they would understand why people still come in. All the fitting rooms at Dick's are locked, the buttons you're supposed to press don't work, and the only staff is running the cash registers. I had $100 merchandise in my arms -- but in the end I just walked out without buying anything. Dick's failed to earn my business -- it's not that the online retailers took it from them.
